Examination and critique of opposing experts' findings, methodologies, and tool usage. Identification of methodological gaps, scope errors, and conclusions unsupported by the technical record.

Non-testifying support during pre-suit investigation, ESI protocol negotiation, motion practice, and case strategy. Work product remains within attorney-client privilege.
