  • Standard Relativity, Reveal, and equivalent review platform support
  • TAR / Continuous Active Learning workflow options
  • Defensible audit logs of all review activity
  • Per-matter cost transparency and predictable monthly rates
Cross-Border

eDiscovery across U.S., U.K., and EU jurisdictions.

Our principal previously built and governed forensic and eDiscovery operations in the United Kingdom and Germany, ensuring consistent application of validated methodologies across U.S. and EU engagements.

  • GDPR-bound collection scoping and data minimization
  • CCPA and state-law privacy considerations
  • Cross-border preservation in regulated environments
  • Meet-and-confer guidance on cross-border ESI protocols
Why ATR Forensics

Leadership in eDiscovery at enterprise scale.

Our principal has held U.S. and international leadership roles in eDiscovery and forensics organizations including FRONTEO (Senior Vice President), Inventus (U.S. Director of Digital Forensics), and DiscoverReady / Teris (Director of Forensic Advisory Services). At enterprise scale, he designed and supervised the standardized forensic and discovery workflows applied across thousands of matters spanning U.S., U.K., and EU jurisdictions.

He has consulted with attorneys on forensic strategy, ESI protocols, and defensible collection approaches during meet-and-confer, motion practice, and contested discovery proceedings — including matters subject to court scrutiny over preservation scope and proportionality.
